Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in data center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).

- Manage and support Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD).

- Install, configure, and maintain VMware ESXi and vCenter.

- Manage backup solutions and perform restore operations.

- Configure and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiGate firewalls.

- Administer SAN Storage systems (LUNs, provisioning, performance tuning).

- Manage physical and virtual servers (HPE/Dell).

- Monitor leased line/WAN connectivity and coordinate with ISPs.

- Ensure system availability, patching, and maintenance.

- Maintain system documentation and DR procedures.

- Perform incident response and root cause analysis.

Required Skills

- Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)

- Microsoft 365

- VMware ESXi & vCenter

- Backup software (Veeam, Acronis, Veritas)

- FortiGate Firewall

- SAN Storage (iSCSI / FC)

- Server hardware troubleshooting

- Networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing)

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

- Microsoft / VMware / Fortinet certifications

Soft Skills

- Strong troubleshooting skills

- Good communication

- Ability to work under pressure

- Team player

Working Conditions
