Datacenter Design Consultant

Job Description

• Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team to design and develop data center solutions that meet clients' specific needs, while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for data center projects, including equipment, installation, maintenance, and other related expenses.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with principal vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment, negotiate favorable pricing, and keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical consultation, and develop customized solutions that meet their objectives.
• Assist the Sales team in delivering technical presentations and conducting product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in data center design, infrastructure, and operations
• Uptime Accredited Tier Designer (ATD) certification is MANDATORY for this role
• CDCP certification is preferred not mandatory
• Strong knowledge of data center technologies, including power, cooling, security, and networking.
• Experience with data center management tools and software
