Job Summary

The position for Datacenter Supervisor is responsible for high-quality IT service delivery to customers in alignment with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments. The role oversees datacenter operational performance, customer satisfaction, service governance, and continuous service improvement across all managed facilities, The role ensures high engagement, availability, compliance and cost optimization strategic initiatives.

Key Education and Technical Qualification,

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Engineering
• ITIL Foundation V4.0 or 3.0
• Project Management professional
• Schneider Electric Data Center Certified Associate (DCCA)
• 5+ years of experience in data center operations management
• Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Experience in Tier III / Tier IV environments
• Driving license is must

The role ensures maximum availability of power, cooling and facility systems while leading operational teams and maintaining compliance with organizational standards and SLA requirements.
