DATAFLOW & PROMETRIC INSTRUCTOR/ TRAINER

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Dataflow & Prometric Trainer / Instructor for Nurses ( GCC countries) to join our dynamic team., you will be responsible for preparing internationally qualified Nurses for the prometric exam and ensure the process knowledge, skills, and confidence required to succeed and meet GCC exam practice standards.

Key Responsibilities:

*Deliver structured training programs aligned with the GCC exam content and format.

*Provide academic support and mentorship to candidates throughout their preparation journey.

*Develop and update course materials, mock assessments, and study resources.

*Conduct interactive sessions to enhance clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

*Monitor candidate progress, provide feedback, and address learning needs individually.

*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health professional practice, regulations, and the GCC assessment process & data flow.

*Collaborate with internal teams to improve course delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes.

*Support students with professional guidance, exam strategies, and communication development.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health profession or equivalent.

*Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in a clinical or community nursing setting.

*Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable.

*Familiarity with the prometrics exam structure, content, and standards.

*Experience mentoring internationally qualified nursess is an advantage.

* Conduct Mock Interview session for Clint interview candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
