Southampton Camp & Club, located in Southampton, NY, is looking for energetic, personable, experienced and talented staff to work for Summer 2026.

Candidates should enjoy working with children in a dynamic environment and we believe that students, educators, coaches, etc. all make perfect candidates!

Southampton Camp & Club is looking for talented staff who seek a rewarding summer experience for the following positions:

• Group Counselors (high-school, college, graduate students)
• Creative/Performing Arts Specialists (Arts & Crafts, Dance, Theater, Music, Science, Nature, Photography)
• Athletic Specialists (Basketball, Soccer, Football, Baseball, Gymnastics)
• Swim Instructors (We provide lifeguard training)
• Outdoor Adventure (We provide training for our Ninja Warrior Course & Climbing Wall)
• Support Services (Kitchen/Food Service Staff, Maintenance/Landscaping, Cleaning Crew)

Employment Dates: June 29th through August 21st

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:15am - 4:15pm. Evenings & weekends off. Closed on Friday, July 3rd.

Southampton Camp & Club is one of the highest paying camps in the industry. Staff have the opportunity to earn a ton of additional money outside of camp. Tipping ($1000-$2000) and Private Work (babysitting, catering etc) after hours during the summer expected and a great source of additional income.

Free transportation to and from work provided as well as assisting with carpooling also available. Breakfast, lunch & snacks provided.
