Day care Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to students, fostering a safe and nurturing environment that promotes growth and learning. Responsibilities:

Assist with daily care and support for students, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and maintaining the duties of the classroom.

Provide educational support and instruction in a classroom setting, tailoring activities to meet individual needs.

Implement classroom management strategies to ensure a structured and organized learning environment.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative and inclusive approach.

Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized educational plans.

Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Experience:

Experience in childcare or classroom settings is preferred.

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations are valued.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with staff and parents.

Experience with infant care is a plus.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
