We are seeking a Experienced Center director with at least level 3 Administrator capabilities, has to follow state and the franchise regulations along with maintaining accurate records of both staff and children
Marketing Experience is preferred but not required

A Child Care related Bachelor degree is a must
Incoming Operations Directors would be tasked with but not limited to the following responsibilities:
I. Parent Liason
a. Meets with parents as needed
II. Supervision of Reports
a. Supervise Daily submissions
b. Weekly parent email
c. Bi-weekly newsletter
d. Semi-annual teacher performance reviews
e. Bi-monthly teacher evaluations
III. Supervision
a. Weekly meetings with teaching staff
b. Coordination on front office staff
IV. Teaching
V. Event Planning
a. Monthly events
VI. Teacher Hiring
a. Schedule interview/work trials/etc.
b. Make suggestions and daily updates to the franchise
