Day Care Teacher

Red Maple Montessori is a unique venture aiming to bring authentic Montessori education to Islamabad, focusing on experiential learning for early childhood development. We are dedicated to creating a supportive and enriching environment that fosters the growth and development of each child.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad for an Early Years and Day Care Teacher. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons, fostering a supportive and stimulating environment, and tailoring educational activities to meet the needs and interests of each child. Daily tasks include creating lesson plans, implementing Montessori principles, monitoring children’s progress, and maintaining communication with parents and guardians.

• Experience in Lesson Planning and implementing educational programs
• Strong Teaching and Education skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Training and development of young children
• Passionate about early childhood education and development
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
• Montessori certification or relevant educational background is a plus
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field
