Day Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Duties

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general site clean-up and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Help with the assembly or installation of structures or equipment as needed.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing environments.
• A valid driver's license.
