Day Porter Janitor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Day Porter to join our facilities maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our commercial properties. Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Carry out custodial responsibilities across various areas, ensuring all spaces are tidy and well-maintained.
• Support industrial cleaning tasks when required, utilizing appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for heavy-duty environments.
• Maintain safety protocols during cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment for all staff and visitors.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks efficiently and address urgent cleaning or maintenance needs promptly.

Skills

• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
