Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Assist with janitorial and custodial duties in both commercial and residential settings, ensuring spaces are tidy and well-organized.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting issues related to lighting, plumbing, or equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, entrances, hallways, and parking lots to create an inviting environment for all visitors.
• Use industrial cleaning tools and supplies safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with residential painting and basic maintenance tasks is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report maintenance issues promptly. Speaking English is required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
