DAY Shift Lead Med Tech

MED TECH/PARTNER experience a must!

THE DAY SHIFT TEAM LEAD WILL BE A MED PARTNER AND ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR LEADERSHIP ON DAY SHIFT, ENSURING ALL TASKS ARE COMPLETE, ENSURE CALL LIGHTS ARE ANSWERED IN A TIMELY MANNER, ASSIST WITH SHIFT COVERAGE AND STAFFING AS NEEDED, NEW HIRE TRAINING, FILING, IN ADDITION TO THEIR MED PARTNER/CARE PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES. THE DAYS SCHEDULED ARE TUESDAY-SATURDAY, THESE ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE. TEAM LEAD WORKS CLOSELY WITH HCC AND ADMINISTRATOR.

This position is full time with management skills acquired through training!
