Rae Ann Suburban is seeking talented LPN's to join our team!!.

LPN Nurse Qualifications & Requirements:

• Possess a current OH LPN License and be in good standing with the state of Ohio

• LPN New Graduate Nurses Welcome!

• Work one weekend a month, one summer holiday, and one winter holiday to maintain PRN status

LPN Nurse Duties, Responsibilities, and Day-to-Day Functions:

• Responsible for providing total quality care to residents

• Maintaining efficient verbal and written communication

• Responsible for following facility policies and procedures

• Coordinating care delivery with Physicians and Physician Extenders

• Transcribing physician's phone, verbal, and fax orders. Completing documentation and preparing reports per facility, state, & federal regulations

• Working to provide our residents and families with the greatest respect and dignity in an effort to enhance the quality of their lives

• Supervising and coaching a team of Nurse Aides to ensure excellent care is provided to our residents

• Provide assessments, planning, implementing and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care of rehabilitation and long-term care patients

• Administer Medications
