Day Shift & Night Shift Food Server-Part time

Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and energetic t Food Server to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant, providing top-notch service to guests and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Your main goal will be to deliver excellent customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Currently we Need 11am to 5 pm Monday-Wed-Friday Saturday-Sunday with the possibility to pick up fill in shifts. We also have 4:30 pm- 10 pm shift

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met in line with fine dining expectations.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through suggestive selling techniques.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while following proper food safety procedures.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and hosts using systems like OpenTable to ensure smooth service flow.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly desirable.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts.
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing, tips, and cash handling accurately.
