Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN) - Full Time

Job Location: Providence, RI

Job Summary:

As a Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN), you will be responsible for supervising, directing, and developing nurse staff to ensure quality patient care. You will manage registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and licensed practical nurses, as well as medical administrative personnel. Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day patient care to ensure quality and safety standards are met

• Supervise and direct nurse staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

• Manage medical administrative personnel to ensure efficient and effective operations

• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and identify opportunities for improvement

• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

• Current L.P.N. or R.N. registration, within state

• B.S. degree in nursing or related field preferred

• Two years' experience in a long-term care facility, with a minimum of one year in a supervisory role

• Previous leadership experience
