Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• To work safely and accident-free in all job functions
• Work with harmony, gratitude, and appreciation for others.
• Troubleshoot issues related to product quality, formulation and machine performance.
• Perform job duties within the established quality control guidelines of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) , Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Food Safety Quality Program (SQF)
• Perform cleaning duties and maintain high sanitary standards of cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and materials at all times.
• Produce products that are defect-free, properly identified, and within the established standards
• Always follow the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines.
• Ability to make machine adjustments using basic hand tools.
• Able to run, troubleshoot, perform change overs on all downstream equipment.
• Able to meet daily production standards specific to each product
• Flexibility in assigned work schedule to meet business needs.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-year manufacturing experience
• Organization, Scheduling, Analyzing Information, Dealing with Complexity, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Process Improvement, Safety Management, Inventory Control, Lifting, Data Entry Skills

• Monday to Thursday: 12 hour shifts (subject to change with demand)
• Flexibility in assigned work schedule to meet business needs
