Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician who will work directly with clients to deliver professional skincare services and guidance. This role requires a strong foundation in treatment execution, client care, and sales.

The ideal candidate is confident performing treatments, highly proficient in waxing, and experienced in maintaining treatment rooms to spa standards. A key component of this role is sales—the esthetician must be comfortable recommending and upselling treatment packages based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on esthetic treatments, including waxing (required proficiency)
• Educate and guide clients on skincare routines (training will be provided)
• Deliver consistent, high-quality services with professionalism and care
• Maintain and reset treatment rooms between clients
• Build strong client relationships through trust and education
• Upsell and recommend treatment packages and retail products

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing esthetician
• Proven waxing experience and proficiency
• At least 2 years of sales experience, including package upselling
• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Referral or contact information from most recent position (not required, but highly recommended)
