Carpe Vinum is seeking a reliable, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Daytime Server/Bartender. Bar experience is required for this position, as you will be responsible for both serving tables and managing bar service during lunch hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly, providing attentive and friendly service
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with confidence and skill
- Deliver food and beverages to tables, ensuring timely and professional presentation
- Run food from the kitchen and manage assigned tables independently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, or special requests
- Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth lunch service
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with restaurant policy
