<Duties>
- Supervise children during afternoon activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Facilitate engaging, educational activities that promote childhood development, including playtime, arts and crafts, and storytime
- Support classroom management by maintaining a structured yet fun environment for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Assist with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other caregiving routines aligned with best practices in early childhood education
- Monitor children’s behavior and implement positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and social skills
- Collaborate with lead teachers and caregivers to plan daily schedules that support developmental milestones
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas to ensure a safe environment for all children
<Requirements>
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting or similar settings is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable to ensure quick response in emergencies
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus
- Strong classroom management skills combined with patience, compassion, and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also taking initiative independently
- Flexibility to work during afternoon hours and adapt to the dynamic needs of young children
