Part-Time Group Family Daycare Assistant Needed

Little Forest People is currently seeking a Part-Time Group Family Daycare Assistant to care for children ranging from infants to 9 years old.

Flexibility is a must, as work hours may vary.

The ideal candidate must:

• To start Hours 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 PM, but must be flexible because your hours will vary
• Have a sincere interest and enthusiasm for working with children
• Be fluent in English with strong communication skills. Some spanish speaking is a plus
• Be punctual, organized, and energetic
• Have prior childcare experience (required)

Responsibilities include:

• Working in a Group Family Daycare with a group of 6-16 children a day
• Supervising children at all times
• Serving food
• Planning and leading Arts & Crafts activities
• Conducting Circle Time
• Organizing indoor and outdoor activities
• Nap time supervision, Changing diapers
• Maintaining cleanliness of the daycare environment
