Job Title: Daycare Teacher

Job Summary:
I am seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join my team. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare and education, with a focus on providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social and emotional development, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that promote learning through play
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to explore and grow
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized home setting
- Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of special education practices and techniques
- Familiarity with infant care best practices
- Ability to educate and engage students of varying ages
- Experience in nannying or childcare services
- Proficiency in home management strategies
- First aid certification is preferred
- Background in preschool or toddler care is a plus

Requirements:
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Patience, creativity, and flexibility in adapting to children's needs
- Minimum of [2] years of experience in childcare or education

Pay: $18.07 - $21.76 per hour
