Daycare Assistant Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Daycare Assistant Teacher with no experience necessary in a daycare/childcare facility to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of young children in a daycare setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and nurturing young minds and teaching along side a daycare teacher. No formal experience needed.

Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to educate and engage students
- Provide individualized attention to each child as a preschool teacher
- Monitor and document children's progress and behavior in childcare
- Collaborate with parents to ensure the best care for their children
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare classroom environment
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff

Requirements
- Previous experience working with students in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
- Ability to provide care for infants, toddlers, and young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and a love for working with children

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
