Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and educating young children in a safe and engaging environment. Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Provide individualized attention to students, ensuring their needs are met in terms of care, education, and behavior management.
• Monitor children's progress and development, maintaining accurate records of their achievements and challenges.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns regarding their development.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing positive reinforcement strategies to promote good conduct.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Experience

• A background in Early Childhood Education or related fields is preferred.
• Experience working with students in a daycare or educational setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies is essential.
• Knowledge of special education practices is a plus for supporting diverse learners.
• Previous experience in caregiving or toddler care will be beneficial for this role.
• Understanding of childhood development principles will aid in creating effective learning experiences.
