Daycare Assistant Teacher/Float

For this position, we are looking for the following qualities:

• Full time position M-F with availability between 9:30AM- 6:00PM or
• Part time position M-F with availability between 12:00PM-6:00PM or 2:00PM-6:00PM
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass BCII and FBI background check
• Must be willing to take CPR and First Aid within 60 days of start date
• Reliable and responsible
• Patience and compassion
• Energetic and has a love for children
• Works well with others, teamwork
• Willing to take professional development classes
• Willing to do projects, art, songs, and engage with children
• Assist lead teacher with anecdotal records
• Implement behavior management techniques
• Assist children with daily needs (diaper changes, potty training, feeding, etc.)
• Basic daily cleaning and weekly deep cleaning
• Is able to actively supervise all ages of children and lift 40 lbs
• Willing to learn and follow ODJFS and SUTQ rules and regulations
