Daycare Director

Kids Paradise Daycare, located in NE Philadelphia, is seeking a passionate and experienced Daycare Director to lead our childcare center and foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.

Starting rate: from $35/hour

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and staff
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing
• Manage state paperwork, including CACFP and STAR programs
• Support curriculum development and maintain a high-quality learning environment
• Build strong relationships with families

Qualifications:

• Experience in childcare management
• Strong knowledge of state regulations, CACFP, and STAR programs
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Background in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special
