Daycare Lead Teacher

Job Title: Full-Time Lead Daycare Teacher

Schedule: Monday - Friday, weekends off, flexible hours

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

* Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care.

* Create a fun, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.

* Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.

* Manage classroom resources and maintain a clean and organized space.

* Collaborate with other teachers and staff to provide a high-quality daycare program.

Qualifications:

* Prior experience as a daycare teacher or in a similar role.

* Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to create engaging and educational activities.

* Certification in early childhood education is a plus.
