**Job Title: Daycare Teacher**

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Pyramid model and have all trainings done to become Lead Certified. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide a safe and secure environment for children

- Supervise and monitor children during indoor and outdoor activities

- Collaborate with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child

- Maintain open communication with colleagues and parents regarding children's progress

- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary

-Implement/create Lesson Plans

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in early childhood education or related field

- Familiarity with classroom management techniques

- Experience working with infants and young children

- Strong caregiving skills

- Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities

**Skills:**

- Early childhood education
