JOB SUMMARY
Provides clerical support and assistance to Director and staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates a variety of clerical responsibilities such as filing, copying, answering phones, accessing or entering information in database, providing information, labeling, preparing and distributing mail.
- Attends the workplace regularly as per the defined work schedule and reports to work punctually.
- Working hours may include evenings, holidays or weekends depending on deadline requirements and special events.
- Completes duties and responsibilities in compliance with CPH standards, policies and guidelines.
- Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored by CPH.
- Supports the values and mission and vision of CPH.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- May be asked to assist teachers as needed in a classroom environment.
- May be asked to transport children.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- One (1) year of successful office experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bilingual in English-Spanish.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSURES
- Unrestricted diver license.
- Must have a Public Health Food Handler Certification or become certified within one month of hire.
- Must have Pediatric CPR Certification or become certified within six (6) months of hire.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
