Daycare Personnel

Job Description:

We are looking for a caring, responsible, and attentive Daycare Personnel to support the daily care and supervision of young children in a safe and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure children’s well-being, assist in basic learning and play activities, and maintain a structured and hygienic daycare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times

* Assist with feeding, hygiene, and basic care routines

* Engage children in play-based learning activities, storytelling, and creative play

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized daycare environment

* Support children’s social and emotional development

* Monitor children’s behavior and report any concerns to management

* Assist in managing nap time, meals, and daily routines

* Communicate politely with parents and staff when required

* Follow all health, safety, and child protection guidelines

Requirements:

* Prior experience working with young children or in a daycare setting (preferred)

* Patient, caring, and responsible attitude

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to manage multiple children calmly and safely

* Preferred Attributes:

* Basic understanding of early childhood care and development

* Energetic, attentive, and nurturing personality

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
