Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and potty training as needed
- Monitor and address children's behavior, promoting positive interactions
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns

Skills:
- Previous experience working with children, such as babysitting, nannying, or teaching
- Strong caregiving skills and ability to meet the physical needs of young children
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Note: CPR certification and early childhood education coursework are preferred but not required.
