About Kidz Zone Learning Academy

Kidz Zone Learning Academy is a growing childcare program dedicated to creating a safe, structured, and positive environment for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. We are looking for dependable, patient, and team-oriented individuals who enjoy working with children and want to be part of a supportive workplace. Whether you have childcare experience or you're entering the field for the first time, we provide training to help you succeed.

Positions Available

We are currently hiring for:

• Teachers (all age groups)
• Van Drivers
• Janitor

Each role is essential in helping our center run smoothly and maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere for children and families.

Experience and Training

• Experience preferred but not required
• Training is easy and provided/arranged by the center. We welcome applicants who are reliable, willing to learn, and have a genuine interest in working with children

Responsibilities

Teachers:

• Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times
• Assist with classroom activities, learning routines, and playtime
• Follow daily schedules throughout the day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive classroom environment
• Communicate professionally with parents and coworkers
• Follow center policies and adhere to state licensing standards

Van Drivers:

• Safely transport children to and from school or field trips
• Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate attendance logs
• Ensure all safety procedure are followed during transport
• Assist with general center tasks when not driving

Janitor:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, hallways, classrooms, and common areas daily
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring surfaces
• Empty trash bins regularly, replace liners, and take trash to designated disposal areas
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
• Clean and sanitize toys, furniture, and other classroom materials as needed
• Assist with laundry as needed
• Maintain outdoor areas, including parking lots, yard and playground

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass a state background check
• Reliable attendance and professionalism
• Willing to learn and follow childcare and safety procedures
• Van Drivers: must hold valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
