Daycare Teacher

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Daycare Teachers to join our team.

Teachers are responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities:

 Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times

 Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, physical,

and cognitive development

 Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment

 Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and team members

 Support children's daily routines, including meals, diapering/toileting, and rest time

 Monitor and document children’s progress and behaviors

 Follow all daycare policies, licensing regulations, and health/safety protocols

Qualifications:

 High School Diploma or equivalent required

 EEC Certification preferred (Infant/Toddler or Preschool)

 Experience working with young children in a group setting

 Strong communication and teamwork skills

 CPR/First Aid Certification required or willingness to obtain

 CORI and fingerprint clearance required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.42 - $26.73 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
