Daycare Teacher

Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher

Education:

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education

Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years of full-time experience in an early childhood (Pre-K or daycare) environment

Job Summary:

The Early Childhood Teacher will provide a positive and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and effective instruction aligned with the school’s curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Communicate clear learning objectives to students and parents.
• Monitor and assess student learning progress using multiple methods.
• Provide individualized support and modify instruction as needed to meet student needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and conduct.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and families to support student growth.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities.
