Daycare Teacher

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. As one of our teachers will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate activities, managing classroom behavior, and fostering positive relationships with both children and their families.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote educational growth and development.
• Supervise and interact with children in a safe and caring manner.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Provide individual attention to students as needed, catering to their unique learning styles.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a daycare or classroom setting is preferred.
• Background in early childhood education or related field is highly desirable.
• Strong behavior management skills to maintain order and promote positive interactions among students.
• Experience in infant care is an asset for those working with younger age groups.
• Ability to educate children through play-based learning activities.
• Previous nannying or childcare experience is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A nurturing attitude and commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
