Daycare Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for educating students in various subjects while promoting their social, emotional, and academic development. This role is crucial in shaping young minds and preparing them for future success.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of students.
• Provide individualized tutoring to support students' learning objectives.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Assess students’ progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods.
• Create a nurturing environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and other educators to support student development.
• Utilize Early childhood education techniques as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress regularly.

Requirements

• GED or High School diploma
• Experience working with students in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including Montessori practices.
• Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management.
• Ability to provide care for toddlers and manage their unique needs effectively.
• Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for educating young learners and fostering their growth.
