Reports to: The Boss (a.k.a. Director)

What You’ll Really Do

• Teach, play, sing, dance, and sometimes referee epic crayon battles.
• Create lesson plans that make kids smarter and tired (a win-win).
• Chat with parents daily without telling them their kid ate glue (again).
• Keep track of attendance, reports, and tiny humans who move faster than Wi-Fi.
• Change learning centers, decorate bulletin boards, and basically moonlight as an interior designer.
• Handle the occasional glitter explosion like a pro.
• Show up on time, caffeinated, and ready to roll.

Tools of the Trade

• CPR/First Aid skills (you’re basically a superhero).
• ND Safe Sleep knowledge (yes, even nap time has rules).
• A big heart, quick reflexes, and the ability to lift 50 pounds (toddlers do get heavy).
