<Duties>

• Supervise and engage with children during playtime, learning activities, meals, naps, and outdoor activities to ensure safety and positive experiences.
• Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and respectful interactions among children.
• Monitor each child's progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians about developmental milestones and daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation practices.
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or behavioral concerns using effective behavior management techniques.

<Experience>

• Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar caregiving roles is highly desirable.
• Experience with classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and social skills among young children is preferred.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; ongoing training in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups of children, including those with special needs or disabilities.
