Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote early childhood education, literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
- Plan engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori methods, classroom management strategies, and inclusive practices for children with special needs or in early intervention programs.
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective behavior management techniques and individualized attention.
- Monitor and document each child's progress using standardized testing methods and observational assessments to tailor learning experiences.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support children's holistic development and welfare.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence among children.
- Support toddlers' care routines such as feeding, diapering, and nap times while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- 45 hours of training
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori methods.
- Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to manage a classroom environment confidently while fostering creativity and independence
