Daycare Teacher

Duties

• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment.
• Foster social skills through group activities and playtime.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Collaborate with other staff members to support the overall goals of the daycare.

Requirements

• Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
• Skills in behavior management to effectively handle various situations in the classroom.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while providing individual attention when necessary.
• Experience in preschool settings or childcare environments is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills to engage with both children and parents effectively.
