Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Teacher to inspire and nurture young children in a dynamic early childhood education environment. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom where children can explore, learn, and grow. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional growth.
  • Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, organized, and inclusive environment for children of various developmental stages.
  • Utilize effective behavior management techniques to support positive conduct and emotional regulation among students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum that integrates Montessori principles and early intervention strategies for diverse learning needs.
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, milestones, and any behavioral or developmental concerns.
  • Support children with special education needs by adapting activities and providing individualized attention as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental assessments, and standardized testing results to monitor progress and inform instruction.

Experience

  • Prior classroom experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, classroom management techniques, and early intervention practices.
  • Experience with curriculum development across multiple domains including literacy education, math, physical education, and social skills.
  • Familiarity with teaching physical education activities and implementing lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
  • Background in special education or experience working with children with diverse learning needs is a plus.
