Daycare Teacher / Early Childhood Educator (Family Daycare Setting)

Position Overview: We’re looking for a caring and responsible Daycare Teacher to join our small, close-knit team. The ideal candidate has a passion for early childhood development, enjoys creating fun and educational activities, and is committed to supporting each child’s individual growth.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities (arts & crafts, storytime, sensory play, outdoor exploration)
• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of all children
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive learning environment
• Communicate daily with parents about routines, activities, and developmental progress

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare, preschool, or early education preferred
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Early Childhood Education (ECE) units/certification a plus
• Reliable, patient, and genuinely loves working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:

• Full-time Monday–Friday, Start 7AM -4:30PM

Compensation:

• Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications
