Daycare Teacher (Native Spanish Speaker)

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Spanish Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Childhood Education or Child Development with proficiency or expertise in French language and culture. As this is a Daycare center, Children range from age 6 weeks to 6 years old. Candidate should have the ability to engage and educate children effectively.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Provide instruction in the Spanish language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their learning
- Incorporate diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall language program

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in Early Childhood education, in Spanish or related field
- Proficiency in Spanish language (written and spoken)

- Experience working in a childcare setting, managing large and small groups

- Ability to implement differentiated activities in the classroom
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring Spanish language
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively
- Ability to guide children in their language learning journey
- Familiarity with curriculum development and educational standards
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques
