Daycare Teacher's Aide

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher's Aide to join our team. As a Teacher's Aide, you will work closely with the lead teacher to support the educational and developmental needs of students of all ages.
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and curriculum
- Provide individualized attention and support to students
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Assist with classroom management, including behavior management and discipline
- Collaborate with the lead teacher in assessing student progress and providing feedback to parents/guardians
- Assist with the preparation of materials, resources, and activities for lessons
- Supervise and interact with students throughout the day
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues

Skills:
- Experience working with children in daycare setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students on an individual level
- Experience in daycare and infant/ toddler care settings is a must
