Daycare Teachers Needed!!!

Duties

• Plan and implement engaging daily curriculum that promote childhood development, social skills, and early learning concepts
• Provide attentive care, tailored to each child's needs
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by following health and safety protocols
• Support children with special needs or disabilities through individualized care plans and inclusive teaching strategies
• Manage classroom behavior with positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and daily experiences
• Have classroom organization skills

Experience

• Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting or similar settings
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
• First aid certification and CPR training is a plus
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is highly desirable
• Strong classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with energy, patience, and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with parents

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
