Daycare Van Driver

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Van Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers or goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Duties

• Safely operate a van or shuttle vehicle to transport passengers or deliveries to designated locations.
• Maintain the vehicle by performing regular inspections, ensuring cleanliness, and reporting any mechanical issues.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes, schedules, and any necessary assistance.
• Assist passengers with heavy lifting of luggage or packages as needed.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure the safety of all passengers and goods.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns in a friendly manner.
• Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and fuel consumption.

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial driving is preferred; candidates with backgrounds in limousine, bus driving, delivery driving, or shuttle driving will be considered an asset.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during passenger assistance or delivery tasks.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations is beneficial.

• High school diploma
