Daycare Worker

Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate Daycare Worker to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of young children in our care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for caregiving and early childhood education, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. We are looking for a 6am to 11 am shift, Monday thru Friday.

Duties
- Create a secure and stimulating setting for children to explore, learn, and play.
- Execute age-appropriate activities and educational programs to engage students.
- Attend to basic needs such as feeding, diaper changing, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Cultivate positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Organize daily classroom activities and maintain a structured routine.
- Address behavioral issues using effective behavior management strategies.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older. No experience necessary.
