Daycare Worker/Teacher

We are looking for caring, energetic, and reliable individuals who love working with young children and thrive in a team environment. Candidates should be fluent in Spanish and English, enjoy planning fun, developmentally appropriate activities, and have a genuine passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children ages 0–5.
• Communicate with children and families in both English and Spanish.
• Implement daily routines and bilingual curriculum activities (songs, circle time, art, sensory play).
• Supervise and engage children during play, meals, and rest periods.
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to ensure a positive, supportive environment.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken).
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting per Idaho childcare licensing standards.
• Warm, patient, and professional demeanor with children and families
