Dayforce HRIS Consultant

AXL Global Consulting is looking for experienced professional HRIS/Business Analyst to join our consulting and software support team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients across all industries by supporting them with their Dayforce solution. In this role, you will assist clients by leveraging your deep understanding of Dayforce, strong communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record of consulting excellence. You will use your creativity and ingenuity to formulate solutions that provide maximum benefit for our customers, setting them on a path to long-term success.

This is a full-time, remote (USA or Canada) role.
Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, document, and validate customer business requirements.
  • Provide product and subject matter expertise to client.
  • Assist in testing and acceptance of delivered solutions.
  • Assist in validation of data.
  • Configure Dayforce per client’s requirements.
  • Provide guidance to clients on best practices, changes to business processes and the optimal use of their HR system.
  • Support the client with testing scenarios.
  • Lead and document business process review sessions.
  • Analyze processes, develop process analytics/metrics, and identify best practice gaps.
  • Document business requirements, issues, and opportunities.
  • Conduct various testing cycles for system implementations.
  • Create and review documentation, user guides and job aides.
  • Work effectively within AXL’s consulting methodology
  • Expertise in MS Office toolset with emphasis on Excel skills
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Dayforce HRIS System Administrator and/or Dayforce Business Analyst or similar experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working independently without daily supervision
  • Ability to multitask between different projects and clients
  • Highly motivated and team oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Full-time, US or Canada – remote.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Consulting experience preferred
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
  • Certification in Dayforce HCM or related HR/payroll systems
  • Experience in Dayforce Talent modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, Learning) preferred.
