Daytime Dispatcher — Repossession Operations

Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

We're a fast-moving repossession agency looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed daytime dispatcher to keep our field operations running without a hitch. You'll be the command center between our drivers, spotters, clients, and the night dispatcher — scheduling voluntary and impound recoveries, supporting day-time drivers, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Voluntary & Impound Scheduling

• Schedule pickups with customers and impound facilities in a timely, professional manner
• Post accurate information to help drivers recover vehicles efficiently
• Follow up with drivers to confirm photos are captured and uploaded when required
• Follow up to ensure receipts are uploaded by the assigned driver
• Stay available to assist drivers if issues arise on voluntary or impound assignments
• Assist with fee approvals and payment authorizations prior to scheduling pick-ups
• Escalate problem accounts to management

Field Support

• Assist field staff in securing repossession orders
• Report repossessed vehicles to police on behalf of day-shift drivers
• Update RDN with Police report numbers accurately and without delay
• Coordinate with night dispatch to ensure all cars are picked up
• Exceptional attention to detail — the single most important quality for this role
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without losing accuracy
• Clear, professional communication — you'll be coordinating with clients, impound facilities, drivers, and management throughout the day
• Comfortable with corporate communication systems, RDN, and similar platforms (or ability to learn quickly)
• Calm under pressure — when a driver has a problem in the field, you help solve it
• Experience in repossession, logistics, dispatch, or a related field is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
