Daytime Restaurant Manager and Host

Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented year round Daytime Manager and evening host to lead our bustling food service operation. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to oversee daily restaurant activities, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and manage a talented team in a fast-paced environment. As a Daytime Manager, you will be the driving force behind smooth operations, high-quality food service, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your leadership will inspire staff and maintain operational excellence from opening to close.

Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations,
  • Manage POS system for accurate order processing.
  • Monitor stock levels
  • Motivate staff members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high performance standards
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests

Skills

  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant settings
  • Ability to manage tip out and closing procedures accurately and confidently
  • Background in fine dining or casual dining environments
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management principles
